  1. On 6\u20137 November 2021 Vietnam's first standalone Youth IGF (YIGF Vi\u1ec7t Nam 2021) drew 200 participants in hybrid form \u2014 at Hanoi's University of Social Sciences and Humanities and on Zoom \u2014 in the same year the initiative won UN IGF recognition.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. 103 youth ambassadors aged 18\u201325, chosen from 673 applications, role-played five stakeholder groups debating data privacy; the results went to Vietnamese policymakers as a Youth Recommendation Letter on data security.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Its formula \u2014 building digital-citizenship skills and internet-governance awareness early \u2014 offers a Southeast Asian model of youth participation just as the region writes its data-protection laws.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
