  1. From 20 October to 22 November 2021, the 5th IGF Guatemala (V Foro Nacional) ran as 14 weekly virtual talks of 90 minutes each \u2014 the series' most experimental format, abandoning the single-day model.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Seven thematic pillars framed the talks: the internet as a tool for business in the new normal, net neutrality (four talks on its own), education and virtual learning for the 21st century, the future of the internet in Guatemala, public policies, national infrastructure, and cybersecurity.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. In pandemic year two the organisers traded a one-day festival for a month of dialogue \u2014 a format they kept in 2022 and a working model for year-round IGF operation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
