  1. The fourth IGF Italia met on 10\u201312 November 2011 at the Gallerie di Piedicastello in the Alpine city of Trento, hosted by the Autonomous Province of Trento: three days, some twenty sessions, around 100 speakers.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Debate ranged across access, security, cultural diversity, net neutrality, the net's technical management and users' rights and duties \u2014 and on to how governance shapes democracy, intellectual labour and even religious practice.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. After Cagliari, Pisa and Rome, an autonomous province took the baton \u2014 the travelling format that kept Italy's internet-governance debate from becoming a capital-city speciality.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
