  1. The eighth IGF Italia met on 14\u201315 November 2016 at Ca' Dolfin, Ca' Foscari University of Venice \u2014 a university-organised edition under the patronage of the Chamber of Deputies and Venice's IT company VENIS.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Debate spanned net neutrality, cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, the digital divide and rights online; a cybersecurity working group produced nine proposals to the Italian government, delivered to the UN IGF in Guadalajara in December.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The forum faced Italy's divide squarely \u2014 38 million connected, more than 20 million not \u2014 and, with a video message from Vint Cerf, showed how a national IGF can turn talk into concrete recommendations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
