  1. On 22\u201323 September 2016, the South African Internet Governance Forum (ZAIGF) was relaunched at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg under the theme 'Harnessing ICT to Achieve Economic Inclusion', convened by the DTPS with ZADNA, ISPA, ISOC Gauteng and others.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The agenda ranged from the digital economy and e-commerce to critical internet resources, open data, human rights, cybersecurity and net neutrality, with keynotes from Minister Siyabonga Cwele, ISOC CEO Kathy Brown and ICANN Africa VP Pierre Dandjinou.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. After the one-off 2011 forum and five dormant years, this was the de facto first meeting of today's ZAIGF \u2014 the first with formal government participation, and the starting point of its annual series.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
