Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies Philly Mapulane keynoted, reporting that households without internet access had fallen from 64.8% in 2011 to 21.1% in 2022, with AI hubs at universities, cybersecurity, and disinformation versus digital literacy topping the agenda.<\/strong><\/li>\n
