  1. In July 2015, Thailand's first \u2014 and only \u2014 national IGF (#THIGF) convened at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Communication Arts in Bangkok, co-organized by 16 bodies from regulator NBTC to civil-society groups.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Under military rule, parallel classroom sessions took on online expression under Article 112 and the Computer Crime Act, net neutrality, cybersecurity, and citizen participation in constitution drafting.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. It was Thailand's first multistakeholder experiment seating state, business and citizens together \u2014 but it was never repeated and the official site went dormant, a cautionary tale about sustaining national IGFs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
