The agenda bore the stamp of a country under hybrid warfare: mechanisms against disinformation, resisting authoritarian influence over cyberspace, and platform accountability with algorithm transparency. The plenary took up stakeholder cooperation in response to the UN High-Level Panel report on digital cooperation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
