  1. Nine months into Russia's full-scale invasion, the 13th Ukrainian IGF (IGF-UA 2022) convened entirely by videoconference on 24\u201325 November 2022 \u2014 its theme, in effect, internet governance under armed aggression. The Youth IGF-UA ran the day before.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The lead section was 'Cybersecurity in Wartime'; eight sections over two days also covered Ukraine as a 'digital hub', countering internet fragmentation, dialogue with the I<\/em> organisations, EU-integration obligations and decentralised internet services.<\/em>*<\/li>\n
