Two days of debate covered e-commerce, emerging technologies, data governance and cybersecurity, producing a second Youth Recommendation Letter to policymakers \u2014 with the UN IGF itself and the ISOC Foundation now among the sponsors, and the IGF Secretariat's Anja Gengo on stage.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. In two years a local NGO initiative grew into a UN-backed forum \u2014 a model of how connecting to international institutions can sustain a national youth IGF.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
