  1. On 16\u201318 June 2011 the second yIGF camp convened at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore: 12 local students and 8 facilitators from Hong Kong camped for three days in parallel with APrIGF 2011 (16\u201317 June at Suntec).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Participants role-played stakeholders and, at the close, presented before a panel of 'internet elders' \u2014 with the four best performers flown to the global IGF in Nairobi that September.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. It was the Hong Kong-born youth IGF's first step abroad. The organisers' hope of nurturing a united regional youth force would take shape in the years that followed, via Tokyo, Seoul and Delhi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
