  1. On 2\u20134 June 2018 the second YOUthDIG convened in Tbilisi, Georgia: young Europeans aged 18\u201330 gathered at Tech Park Georgia and other venues for a two-day intensive ahead of EuroDIG 2018 (5\u20136 June).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The Youth Messages 2018 spanned five themes \u2014 accessibility, digital literacy, an internet that works for everybody, regulation and data privacy, and digital inclusion \u2014 declaring among other things that crimes online deserve the same seriousness as crimes offline, published in 14 languages including Georgian.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. With Council of Europe youth-sector trainers, ISOC figures and local start-ups woven into the programme, it was a distinctly post-Soviet-region edition \u2014 and a case study in making youth recommendations travel across languages.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
