  1. On 10\u201311 September 2019 the Jugend-IGF Deutschland convened around 30 under-30s at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin \u2014 the first edition in the current format run by the German Informatics Society (GI).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. After expert dialogues and hours of negotiation the participants adopted 'nine positions for a better internet' \u2014 an emission-neutral internet, data literacy, free software for the public sector and more \u2014 and presented them from the main stage of IGF-D 2019 the next day.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. With the UN IGF coming to Berlin two months later, the event built a pipeline carrying youth positions from the national to the global level \u2014 a model for institutionalising youth participation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
