  1. On 1 August 2017 the second Youth LACIGF convened at the Ciudad del Saber campus in Panama City \u2014 the day-before event to LACIGF 10, with over 30 young people from 14 countries.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The four founding tracks carried over \u2014 infrastructure and access, cybersecurity and surveillance, internet and human rights, youth and governance \u2014 and presentations jumped from 5 to 14. Youth fellows went on to speak on panels at the main LACIGF the next day.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. This was the edition that turned a one-off into an annual fixture, with a visible pipeline from the youth forum onto the main conference stage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
