  1. On 29 July 2018 the third Youth LACIGF met at the NIC Argentina auditorium in Buenos Aires \u2014 49 participants from 11 countries, debating from 11 am to 7 pm jointly with the first-ever Youth IGF Argentina.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. It opened a week in which Buenos Aires hosted four governance meetings back to back: Youth LACIGF, IGF Argentina (30 July), LACIGF 11 (31 July\u20132 August) and LACIGFem (1 August).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. This was the edition where the regional youth forum and a brand-new national youth IGF merged their launch \u2014 a model for pairing national youth initiatives with regional momentum.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
