  1. Colombia's first national Internet Governance Forum convened at the Centro \u00c1tico of Universidad Javeriana in Bogot\u00e1 in 2014 \u2014 the starting point of the country's multistakeholder IGF.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The half-day programme reviewed how the multistakeholder 'Mesa' was formed, reported back from IGF 2014 in Istanbul, and surveyed Colombia's headline issues: free expression, net neutrality and the 'Ley Lleras' intermediary-liability bill.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. From this modest launch the forum grew into one of Latin America's most durable national IGFs, running every year through its twelfth edition in 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
