  2. Harvard law professor Lawrence Lessig delivered the keynote, and participant-driven discussions ran across six streams, from access and diversity to digital citizenship, law, open government and education.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The deliberate choice of the M\u0101ori word 'hui' (gathering) over the formal 'Internet Governance Forum' label opened the national IGF to ordinary citizens \u2014 a naming lesson that has travelled well beyond New Zealand.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
