  1. The second Belarus IGF filled the Minsk Marriott on 16 May 2017: 400-plus in the room and about 1,000 streaming from 11 countries \u2014 hailed at the time as the largest Belarus IGF yet.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Ministries, the Investigative Committee and the presidential OAC sat alongside the Council of Europe, ICANN, RIPE NCC, Microsoft and Wargaming to debate e-government, open data and security; a student city-projects contest replaced the debut's debates.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. ICANN's vice-president and peers urged Belarus to become Eastern Europe's dialogue hub, and the stakeholder mix that hobbled the first edition visibly improved \u2014 the year the national IGF found its stride.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
