  1. On 18\u201320 June 2014 Cameroon's second national IGF, IGF.CM-14, met at the University of Bamenda (Bambili campus) in the anglophone North-West Region, again organised by the ICT agency ANTIC.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. ANTIC announced the forum through preparatory meetings in February and April, issued a national call for expert papers and published the speaker list ahead of three days of dialogue on a university campus.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. From the capital to an anglophone regional capital \u2014 the series' city-rotation began here, making the venue itself a statement of inclusion in bilingual Cameroon.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
