  2. Around twenty national experts examined how the internet could serve the country's 'Emergence 2035' goal \u2014 as an educational tool, a growth engine, and a space needing security monitoring and e-certification.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The regional governor opened the forum and the venue was a high-school hall: dialogue brought to a provincial classroom rather than a capital conference centre, in the series' signature style.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
