  2. The first Youth Sub-Forum (yFGIMz) ran in parallel, and science minister Daniel Nivagara toured an ICT exhibition of providers, telecom operators and security firms; partner institutions received trophies after the event.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Three consecutive editions made the national IGF an annual fixture, and institutionalised youth participation carried into every later edition.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
