  2. Crisis-response data flowed: MTN and the central bank zero-rated mobile-money fees during lockdown, and bank-to-wallet transfers jumped 250%. The tracks were access and affordability, digital citizenship, and e-commerce.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. It also gave first national-dialogue billing to the Startup Act process and the national AI strategy \u2014 and marked the moment the forum's audience expanded dramatically online.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
