  2. In the middle of COVID-19, the ISOC Uganda Chapter convened the milestone edition with support from CIPESA, Enabel, the EU, Pollicy and the Internet Society Foundation, putting pandemic-era information-access gaps at the centre.<\/strong><\/li>\n
