  1. On the afternoon of 22 November 2023 the fifth IGF Uruguay met in hybrid form at the Casa de Internet \u2014 LACNIC's headquarters \u2014 in Montevideo, with an eight-member organising committee from AGESIC to Youth IGF Uruguay.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Two community-voted themes made the programme: mobile internet (access, equity, inclusion and the digital divide) and technology's impact across society, with ISOC, LACNIC and AGESIC experts on stage.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Holding a national IGF inside the regional internet registry's own house, and letting the community vote the agenda, are two distinctly Uruguayan touches worth copying.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
