  1. Ghana IGF 2019 met on 11 July 2019 at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT in Accra, co-organised by the Ministry of Communications and ISOC Ghana under the theme 'Digital Communities: Roles and Responsibilities of Stakeholders for Sustainable Development'.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The Youth Ghana IGF convened the day before on 'The Future of Work, Digital Jobs and Youth Inclusion', feeding young voices into the main forum, and the whole event was streamed on the Internet Society's livestream channel.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The ministry pledged to keep improving internet access and cost and urged all stakeholders to take part \u2014 cementing the national-plus-youth IGF pattern now standard across West Africa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
