  1. On 27 October 2015, Universidad de San Andr\u00e9s in Buenos Aires hosted Argentina's first open multistakeholder dialogue on internet governance, with 40+ in the room and about 30 joining remotely.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Four community-chosen tracks framed the day \u2014 infrastructure and access, internet and rights, cybersecurity and surveillance, and the future of governance in Argentina \u2014 set at a 6 October preparatory meeting and an online consultation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. This modest 'Di\u00e1logo' seeded the first IGF Argentina a year later: a textbook case of a national IGF starting by simply getting every sector into one room.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
